Managed the onboarding process for new tenants and properties by maintaining a structured onboarding checklist covering documentation, lease requirements, compliance items, utility setup, key handover, and initial inspections. Monitored and verified key onboarding documents including managing authority forms, lease agreements, and pet clauses to ensure completeness and compliance. Coordinated the distribution of onboarding materials such as floor care guides and other essential documents to tenants. Monitored progress to ensure all onboarding steps were completed accurately and on time, supporting smooth tenant move-ins and organized property management operations.

Managed and maintained a comprehensive property management master file used to track property information, tenant details, lease terms, payment status, maintenance requests, inspections, safety checks, and key operational timelines. Conducted regular tracking and monitoring of safety compliance requirements to ensure properties met management and regulatory standards. Prepared Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) rental reports and assisted in rent increase preparations by gathering market data, updating rental comparisons, and organizing supporting documentation. Ensured data accuracy through regular updates and monitoring, and provided organized records, reports, and status tracking to support property management operations and administrative decision-making.
